Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account at any time directly in the app.

1. Log in to HUBBY.
2. Open the menu (☰) in the top right.
3. Select My profile.
4. Tap Edit my profile.
5. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
6. Confirm by tapping Yes.

Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

Support via the app

The fastest and easiest way to get help is to create a support ticket directly in the app.

Here's how

1. Log in to HUBBY.
2. Open the menu (☰) in the top right.
3. Select Info.
4. Tap Support.
5. Select New ticket.
6. Describe your problem as clearly as possible and submit the ticket.

Once your support ticket has been submitted, you can follow it directly in the app. You'll also get a notification or message when we've replied to your ticket.

If you can't use the app

If you can't log in, or for any other reason can't create a support ticket via the app, you're welcome to contact us by email.

• Which phone or tablet you're using.
• Operating system (iOS or Android) and version.
• A screenshot showing the problem, if possible.
